Guests Reviews of Ginza Grand Hotel

The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from Gallery Kawafune. It was functional, compact and on top floors. Though some of the staff were very rude, I had a GOOD stay.

Respectable venue, with great pool and handy location to the main Tokyo rail station. Location really close to the DON K store which is directly opposite the GARDEN, Ginza, right in the center of things and most 

It had favourable location with access to an art gallery nearby.

Stayed at a recently renovated room with the usual amenities like toothbrush, tea & coffee and toothbrush.

The location was magnificent and stunning, easy to follow from the airport. Besides, it was next to also very close to Shimbashi metro station, Ginza commercial center and Subway, and Buses, close to Ginza shopping district:))) 

Vanilla Gallery was feet from the hotel, loved its location right near a train stop. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 0 mins walk from the property...

Loved our rooms with three single beds. There were coffee and cell provided. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice, right by the the Shinbashi train station, highly recommended and palace & gardens.  

Well, it was a pleasant stay on business trip. The staff were wonderfully helpful and genuinely helpful. The location was comfortable and ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a traditional wholesale market.  

The staff was really friendly, the location was good and magnificent. Outstanding food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity. Big room, good-sized bathroom. Great selection on breakfast items.

Truly enjoyed central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator in the room.

The units are big and luxurious with twin beds.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from Shimbashi station in the lively district of Ginza. It's perfect for exploring the tourist attractions in Ginza, which are all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious
